Some excellent news from the world of publishing – as of today, there is a SEEN in Publishing. For those unfamiliar with SEEN, it’s a network for professionals in specific industries who believe in the material reality of sex to come together and work together, not necessarily to fight gender ideology but to create an environment within those industries in which our voices are heard without fear of repercussions. Nowhere is this more needed than in the home of the supposed free thinkers – publishing.
SEEN in Publishing members believe in the material reality of sex. We value diversity of thought and freedom of expression. We believe that everyone in publishing should be able to express legally held views on sex and gender, including where these views relate to publishing-sector decisions, free from fear, harassment, discrimination, and negative career repercussions.
SEEN in Publishing is exclusively for those who work in publishing, and I urge those of my subscribers and followers who work in it to join – be assured there is a screening process and membership is strictly confidential. For more information, please go to SEEN in Publishing’s Substack:
You can also find them on twitter https://twitter.com/SEENPublishing and LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/seen-in-publishing/posts/?feedView=all.
To contact them directly re membership, email SEENinPublishing@gmail.com
Please, spread the news far and wide – let’s come together and build a network to effect proper, meaningful change.
